Our hospital has adopted the following policy for the safety and health of our visitors and patients:
Visiting Hours: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, only the immediate family members of the patient are allowed to visit. Visiting Hours: Visiting hours are posted at each nurse station on every floor and on our website. Outside of visiting hours, only visitors with emergencies will be admitted. Visitors should avoid speaking loudly in patient rooms and service corridors.
Visitor Limit: Each patient can accommodate a maximum of 2 visitors during visiting hours. The number of visitors is different for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Intensive Care Units, where each patient can only accept 1 visitor.
Age Limit: It is strictly prohibited for visitors under the age of 12 to enter the hospital outside of visiting hours.
Health and Hygiene: All visitors must wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer before visiting the hospital. Additionally, visitors with fever, cough, or other respiratory symptoms are not allowed to enter the hospital. For the sake of preventing infection for the patient, bringing flowers is prohibited.
Visitor Registration: Visitors are required to register during visiting hours. This registration includes the visitor’s first name, last name, phone number, relationship to the patient, and the reason for the visit.
Food and Beverage: Visitors can bring food and drinks during hospital visits, but if the patient has specific dietary requirements, they should inform the nurses.
Traceability: All visitors will be recorded by the security personnel at the hospital entrance, and access to different sections of the hospital will be allowed during visiting hours.
Communication: No information regarding the patients’ health condition will be shared during the visitation. Such information should be shared privately with the doctors by the patient and their family members.
Emergency Procedures: Our hospital has established emergency procedures to ensure the safety of visitors in case of a potential emergency. These procedures will be communicated to the visitors.
